How does VIB3S fit a trade fair that runs for several days, with people coming in and out daily?

That's exactly what makes it different from a single-peak event. On VIB3S each visitor posts or searches the ride for the day they're attending: they might come only for the trade day, come back all week, or drop in for a single session. They book seats, split costs and organise the trip there and back for each day. We configure the fair on the platform and activate it across every day, so your team doesn't rebuild the setup each morning.

How much does it cost to activate VIB3S at my trade fair?

We combine a fixed fee (per edition, annual or per trade fair season) with a revenue share on your visitors' rides: 100% is yours until you recover what you paid in fees, then it splits 50/50 from there. So the more you activate VIB3S with your visitors, the more chances you have to recover your investment and earn money, while we charge a static fee. For your visitors, signing up and using VIB3S is always free.

A lot of our visitors travel in from other cities. Does it work with origins that scattered?

That's where it makes the most sense. The further away and the more spread out the audience's origins, the harder it is for each visitor to sort the trip out alone and the more value there is in connecting them with whoever is making the same journey. On VIB3S rides are posted and searched by area of origin, so someone travelling in from another city or another province can find who to share the car and the cost with, both there and back on each day.

Our car park fills up first thing. Does VIB3S replace it?

No, it complements it: one more way to get there, not a replacement for your parking, your shuttles or public transport. What changes is how many cars are needed to bring the same footfall: when part of your visitors arrive sharing a vehicle instead of in single-occupancy cars, each space goes further. It also shows you which time slots the arrivals cluster in each day, which is what you need to organise access and signage with the site you already have.

We have trade days and days open to the public. Is it activated the same way on all of them?

It's set up once for the fair and we decide with you which days to push and through which channels. The behaviour isn't the same: the trade day usually brings visitors from further out who travel in and back within the day, while the public day concentrates more people from the nearby area. Because the data is broken down by day, you can then see which day worked better, from which origins, and adjust the activation for the next edition.

What does our team have to do during the fair?

Little more than telling us which days you want to activate and where to announce it. VIB3S takes care of the operation: we set the fair up on the platform, give you dashboard access, activate and run the community and handle the relationship with end users. Your team doesn't run the platform day to day and needs no technical profile. All it takes is an internal point of contact and access to the channels where you want to activate it: your website, the widget, social media or email.

Where is VIB3S activated so it actually reaches the visitor?

Wherever you already talk to them. The widget can be embedded in the fair's website, in the page where visitors get their ticket or their badge, in the emails you send before each day and in any link you share on social media. From there they can see published rides, post their own and request a seat without downloading anything, and the app then unlocks the rest: profile, chat and community. We define the channels with you, with no development work on your side.

Our fair is annual. What happens between one edition and the next?

Nothing is thrown away. Whoever used VIB3S to reach one edition finds the platform again at the next, with their profile, their trip history and the people they already shared a car with. That means every activation starts from a bigger base than the last, and it gives you a channel to talk to people who have already visited the fair, not only to those who just registered for the next one. The mobility data also builds up edition after edition instead of starting from scratch.

Can we use the community as a channel with visitors and with our exhibitors?

Yes, and for a trade fair that's often one of the strongest reasons. The official community lets you push alerts, timings, last-minute changes and notifications to the people coming on each day, without depending on the message reaching them through social media. And because it's a space of your own, with visitors who identify with your fair, it's also a place to give visibility to your sponsors and your exhibitors. Visitors, in turn, discover who else is attending, see profiles and can message each other.

What data do we get, and can we see it day by day?

You get a dashboard with the cities and areas your visitors travel from, the routes with most demand, who's looking for a seat and who's offering a car, arrival peaks and vehicle occupancy. Because every fair day lives on the same platform, you can look at a single day or compare them, and see how origins and arrival times shift between opening day, the trade day and the weekend.

Is this data usable with the city council and in our sustainability report?

That's what it's built for. On top of origins and arrival peaks, VIB3S measures the CO₂ reduced on trips actually taken and validated on the platform, not a theoretical estimate. Because it aggregates by day and by full edition, you can take the effect of the whole fair to the city council, your board or your sponsors instead of the anecdote of a single day, and use it in your mobility plan and your sustainability report.

Our fair runs for a single day or has modest footfall. Is it still worth activating?

Yes, as long as there's an audience that travels and currently gets there on their own. What makes VIB3S work isn't size, it's that people are making the same journey without knowing it. At a one-day fair the effect concentrates on the entry and exit of that day, and there are still visitors from other cities for whom sharing the car and the cost is a good fit. We look at it with you in the first meeting and adjust the scope of the proposal.
