How does VIB3S fit a venue that hosts dozens of events a year?

It's set up once for your venue and activated at every event on the calendar. We configure each event on the platform, activate the community and manage the relationship with users, so your team doesn't repeat the same work every time. For the audience, the result is that they find the same tool and the same community at the May concert and at the September race. For you, mobility data that builds up instead of starting from scratch.

How much does it cost to activate VIB3S at my stadium, circuit or venue?

We combine a fixed fee (per event, annual or per season) with a revenue share on your attendees' rides: 100% is yours until you recover what you paid in fees, then it splits 50/50 from there. So the more you activate VIB3S with your attendees, the more chances you have to recover your investment and earn money, while we charge a static fee. For your attendees, signing up and using VIB3S is always free.

Is this only for football stadiums?

No. The pattern repeats at any venue that concentrates a lot of people in a few hours at one specific point: stadiums, racing circuits, multi-use arenas, big concert sites and exhibition grounds. The audience changes and the calendar changes, but the scattered origins of attendees, the congestion at access points and the lack of data about what happens outside the gates are the same, and VIB3S is configured the same way in all of them.

Our events are run by external promoters. Who activates VIB3S?

The venue does. That's exactly the advantage of contracting it as the operator: shared mobility stops depending on each promoter solving it their own way and becomes part of what you offer when someone rents your venue. We create each event and activate the community, and the promoter only has to announce it on their channels, or you do it from yours. The dashboard and the history stay with you, whoever runs each date.

Our access roads and parking can't be expanded. What does VIB3S add?

It doesn't touch your infrastructure: it works on how many cars are needed to bring the same audience. By connecting people looking for a seat with people who can offer one, part of your attendees arrive sharing a vehicle instead of in single-occupancy cars. It also shows you where people come from and in which time slots, which is what you need to organise gates, signage and access with the infrastructure you already have.

Does VIB3S replace our shuttles, our parking or public transport?

No, it complements them: one more way to get there, not a replacement. There's always an audience no shuttle serves because they come from an area that isn't covered, and an audience that can only arrive by car. VIB3S covers part of that demand and, with the origin data it generates, you can size what you already have better: which areas concentrate the most people and which type of event needs reinforcing.

What does our team have to do at each event?

Little more than telling us which events you want to activate. VIB3S takes care of the operation: we set the event up on the platform, give you dashboard access, activate the community and manage the relationship with end users. Your team doesn't run the platform day to day and needs no technical profile. All it takes is an internal point of contact and access to the channels where you want to activate it: your website, the widget, social media or email.

What happens to the community between one event and the next?

Nothing is thrown away. Whoever used VIB3S to reach an event at your venue finds the platform again at the next one, with their profile, their trip history and the people they already shared a car with. That means every activation starts from a bigger base than the last, and it gives you a channel to talk to people who have already been to your venue, not only to those who just bought a ticket for the next date.

Can we use the community as a communication and sponsorship channel?

Yes, and for an operator that's often one of the strongest reasons. The event's official community lets you push alerts, timings, last-minute changes and notifications to the people who are coming, without depending on the message reaching them through social media. And because it's a space of your own, with an audience that identifies with your venue and your event, it's also a place to give visibility to your sponsors and your promotional actions.

What data do we get, and can we compare it between events?

You get a dashboard with the cities and areas your audience travels from, the routes with most demand, who's looking for a seat and who's offering a car, arrival peaks and vehicle occupancy. Because every event at the venue lives on the same platform, you can look at each one separately or compare them: the difference between a midweek match, a weekend concert and a race weekend.

Is this data usable with the city council and in our sustainability report?

That's what it's built for. On top of origins and arrival peaks, VIB3S measures the CO₂ reduced on trips actually taken and validated on the platform, not a theoretical estimate. Because it aggregates by season, you can take the accumulated effect of your whole calendar to the city council, your board or your sponsors, instead of the anecdote of a single event, and use it in your mobility plan and your sustainability report.

Does it work when the audience travels from all over the country, like a race weekend?

That's where it makes the most sense. The further away and the more scattered the audience's origins, the harder it is for each attendee to sort the trip out alone and the more value there is in connecting people doing the same journey. On VIB3S people post and search rides by area of origin, book seats, split costs and organise the trip there and back, so someone driving in from another province can find who to share the car and the cost with.
