Duro XXL is back, the festival's biggest format yet: Friday 26 and Saturday 27 March 2027, in Montmeló (Barcelona), over Easter as usual for the XXL editions. The official presale opens on 4 November at 6 PM with the first passes at a heavily reduced price, only for past attendees or registered users. The 2027 lineup hasn't been announced yet.

The organisers place Duro XXL 2027 in Montmeló but haven't detailed the venue yet. Both 2026 XXL editions were held at Espai Can Guitet, an open-air site on the edge of town next to Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. No public transport reaches the gate: in October 2026 you parked at the festival car park and took organiser shuttles to the venue.

- ✓Official presale: 4 November at 6 PM. If you've been to Duro before you'll get the link by email; if not, register using the form at durofestival.com.
- ✓Only buy from the official shops: Black Hangar Entradas and EnterTicket. Avoid resale.
- ✓It's two days: check whether your ticket is a day ticket or the two-day pass.
- ✓It falls over Easter: leave with time to spare, roads are busier than usual.
- ✓Late-March nights get chilly: bring a warm layer and comfortable shoes for an open-air venue.
- ✓Sort your return before you go in: no public transport reaches the venue gate.

Montmeló has very little accommodation of its own, and over Easter it's worth booking early. The most common options:

About 15 minutes from Montmeló, with more accommodation than the town itself.
Barcelona city
The biggest hotel supply, about 30 minutes by car. Carpooling with VIB3S sorts each day's round trip.

Alternatives about half an hour from the venue, with good road access.
