How is the ride home solved once public transport has stopped?

Your guests organise the way back at the same time as the way there, before the night starts. They post or book a seat with people going to the same session and heading back towards the same area, and use the chat to agree on a time and a meeting point at the exit. The cost of the trip is split between everyone in the car. It doesn't replace taxis or any night transport: it's one more option so getting home stops depending on whatever is free at closing time.

How much does it cost to activate VIB3S at my club or venue?

We combine a fixed fee (per season or annual) with a revenue share on your guests' rides: 100% is yours until you recover what you paid in fees, then it splits 50/50 from there. So the more you activate VIB3S with your guests, the more chances you have to recover your investment and earn money, while we charge a static fee. For your guests, signing up and using VIB3S is always free.

Does it work for a venue that opens several nights a week?

Yes, it's built for recurring events. Each night or session is set up as its own trip, with its own timings, so a Friday and a Saturday never get mixed up. The advantage shows with repetition: the community grows week on week, people travel again with drivers they've already ridden with, and origin data accumulates by venue and by type of session. We set up the sessions and run the community, so your team doesn't have to create anything every week.

My crowd already organises on WhatsApp. What does VIB3S add?

It moves that coordination inside your venue's official community, where you actually have visibility. WhatsApp groups are closed, they get lost and they leave no data behind. In VIB3S your guests discover who else is going, see profiles and ratings before booking, and chat to sort out the ride. You use that same community as a channel for announcements, timings and changes, as a promotion space for your sponsors, and as a source of mobility data for every session.

How much work is this for my team every week?

Very little, because VIB3S handles the operation. We set up your venue and its sessions on the platform, activate and manage the community and handle the relationship with end users, support and incidents. Your team provides an internal contact and the channels to communicate it (website, Instagram, TikTok, email or whatever you already use) and logs into the dashboard whenever they want to see how their audience is moving. There's no day-to-day platform management and no technical profile needed.

My crowd comes from several cities and many don't have a car. Is it useful for them?

That's exactly where it shows most. People who don't drive or live in another city depend today on someone offering them a lift, and on a taxi still being free on the way back. In VIB3S they search for rides published from their area, book a seat and share costs with someone already making that journey. Those who do drive can offer their empty seats and split the cost of the night. Afterwards, the origin data shows you where your crowd really travels from.

Does VIB3S replace parking, taxis or night transport?

No, it complements them. Shared cars absorb part of the journeys, especially from areas no night service covers well, and take pressure off the other options without touching anything you already run. If you work with your own parking or with transport services, they keep working exactly the same. VIB3S adds one more option and, with the origin and demand data, helps you size the rest better for coming seasons.

What data do I get from each session and what can I use it for?

Cities and origin areas of your crowd, the routes with most demand, who's looking for a seat and who's offering a car, arrival peaks and vehicle occupancy, session by session and cumulative. With that you decide where to promote the next night, spot uncovered areas and make your case with data to sponsors or to your neighbours. On top of that you get the CO₂ reduced from rides actually taken and validated by VIB3S, ready for your sustainability reports.

Does it also work for a one-off party or a brand touring different cities?

Yes. The same setup works for a specific session, an anniversary, a season closing party or a party brand that changes venue every date. Each date is configured separately, with its trip there and back, and the brand's community travels with you from one city to the next instead of starting from zero each time. That's what clubs like Big Ben and brands like Shark do, activating VIB3S with their own audience.

How do I communicate it without running a whole campaign?

With the channels you already have. You can embed the widget on your website or on the session page so rides can be seen and posted without downloading anything, and link it from your Instagram bio, TikTok, your emails or the line-up announcement itself. We define with you where to activate it and prepare the actions, then we run the community and the relationship with users, so adoption doesn't depend on your team being on top of it every week.

What does a sponsor get out of my venue's community?

A space where your crowd is present before and after the night, not only during it. Your venue's official community is a channel of your own: you use it for announcements, timings and changes, and also to give your sponsors visibility in front of an audience that comes back regularly to organise their ride.
