Four days of manga over a long weekend: the trip matters too
- The show falls on the early-December long weekend, when lots of people are travelling by road and rail at the same time
- It's not in Barcelona proper: Fira Gran Via is in L'Hospitalet, and Manga Barcelona's entrance is Gate 4, on Carrer de la Botànica
- Once you leave the show you can't get back in, so arrive with everything you need for the day (packed food, cosplay, charger)
- Heading home at 8pm to Lleida, Zaragoza or Valencia alone in the car, or with kids and bags on public transport, is tiring and expensive

When and where is Manga Barcelona 2026?
The 32nd Manga Barcelona takes place from Saturday 5 to Tuesday 8 December 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. The entrance is Gate 4: Carrer de la Botànica, 64, 08908 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. It's open every day from 10am to 8pm.
How do I get to Manga Barcelona by metro?
The venue's metro stations are Fira and Europa | Fira on L9 Sud, and Foc on L10 Sud. From Plaça Espanya you can also take L1 to Torrassa and change to L9 Sud. Check Fira's map to see which station is closest to Gate 4.
What about trains and buses?
FGC (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat) trains stop at Europa | Fira on lines L8, S3, S4, S8, S9, R5, R50, R6 and R60; every line leaving Plaça Espanya stops there. By bus, TMB runs lines H12, V1, 46, 65 and 79. If you arrive by long-distance train at Barcelona-Sants, the venue is about 4 km away.
How do I get to Manga Barcelona by car, and where do I park?
Fira Gran Via connects with the AP-7, AP-2, A-2, C-31 and C-32, among other roads into Barcelona. According to the organisers, Parking D is the car park set aside for Manga Barcelona and it's run by Fira Barcelona. If you carpool, the parking cost is split between everyone.
Can I leave Manga Barcelona and come back in?
No. Entry is single-access: once you leave the show you can't get back in (only accredited people can). If you're driving, leave what you won't need in the boot and take what you will.
How much does a shared ride from Zaragoza or Valencia cost?
It's about 300 km from Zaragoza and about 350 km from Valencia. With four people in one car, fuel and parking are split four ways. VIB3S suggests a fair price per seat based on the route.
