Monegros 2027 parking — where to park and how to get to Monegros Desert Festival in Fraga

Saturday 31 July 2027 in the Monegros desert (N-II km 416, Fraga). The festival hasn't published its 2027 parking details yet; here's how it worked in 2026, what alternatives there are and why sharing a car is the best way to handle the queues.

Date — Monegros Desert Festival 2027

Schedule

To be announced

34th edition. In 2026 the festival ran from Saturday 2 PM to Sunday 12 noon.

31 July 2027

Parking in the desert: lots of space, lots of queues

  • There's no regular public transport to the venue: almost everyone arrives by car or festival bus
  • The organisers warn of queues lasting several hours both arriving and leaving, with buses given priority on the way out
  • The car park is huge: if you don't note landmarks, finding your car afterwards is hard
  • Every car with just one person in it means a longer queue for everyone
